报错 was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of alimaven has elapsed or updates are forced
解决方法
删除 红框中的_remote.repositories和yooyo-utils-1.0.3.24.pom.lastUpdated重新mvn install
因为最后发现因为下载资源后，会生成一个_remote.repositories文件和*.lastUpdated
